Day 286. Leaves / water

Day 35. “Emphasis” by Sleeping At Last

The sweetest thing I’ve ever heard is I don’t have to have the answers
Just a little light to call my own
Though it pales in comparison to the overarching shadows
a speck of light can reignite the sun and swallow darkness whole.

Day 23. It’s a student life. And the worst thing is that not only am I a zombie, but I’m going to be a very busy zombie today. Sorry if I’m not on Tumblr much over the next 24 hours…

Day 22. “Timebomb” by States

Now determined to get away
Taking off to another place
The normal life is such a boring one
And the stars in my eyes need some room to run

I really love this song because there’s the perfect essence of youthfulness captured in that line… “The stars in my eyes need some room to run.” And States is just a brilliant band all ‘round.

Day 21. Work is starting to pile up, so I could only manage this. I’m horrible at doodling, in case you couldn’t tell.
