Okay, don’t judge; I didn’t have enough money for other books, plus a few of my friends on Goodreads had said this was a surprisingly good read. And it was – especially the father/daughter relationship, which made my insides fold into painful origami hearts.

The Silmarillion is incredible, and J. R. R. Tolkien is my hero for life. (Hear that muffled sobbing? No big deal, that’s just me whenever I think about the book.)

Seriously botched this up in a dozen different ways, but who cares. I had fun doing it, and honestly, no-one should expect to draw perfect art every single day of the year. Sheesh. It’s also a little unfinished, but it’s going up regardless.
