Day 45. It’s 14th February, 1 AM here… which technically counts as a new day. And in honour of Valentine’s Day, this was the most romantic thing I could come up with. Nothing beats Faramir and Eowyn, ever!
Day 32. “All good things are wild and free.” – Henry David Thoreau.
Well, this took longer than I thought it would. Must be the onslaught of Lizzie Bennet Diaries feels!
Also: I survived a month of this project!! What a miracle! Just… 334 more days to go!
Day 24, no. 2. “Levels Of Light” by Sleeping At Last
We are volcanoes, levels of light
Bleeding an ocean of permanent life
The blush of our anger could bury the sun
The pulse of untamable progress has begun
Day 22. “Timebomb” by States
Now determined to get away
Taking off to another place
The normal life is such a boring one
And the stars in my eyes need some room to run
(It would be better if you viewed this one high-res so the little dots show that they’re more than one colour.)
I really love this song because there’s the perfect essence of youthfulness captured in that line… “The stars in my eyes need some room to run.” And States is just a brilliant band all ‘round.
… What a great specimen of Things Angelyn Does When She Needs To Study.
Day 21. Work is starting to pile up, so I could only manage this. I’m horrible at doodling, in case you couldn’t tell.
Day 21, no. 2. Tried my hand at channeling my inner Doodly Dumpling.
Day 20, no. 2. “Words You Tell Yourself When You Feel Down” Part Two.
Day 20. “Words You Tell Yourself When You Feel Down” Part One.
Day 19. “Love Of My Life” by Poema
This is such a sweet song, sung by two sweet voices - it’s really high time I made a post featuring it.
‘Cause you will always be the only one, the one for me
And I’m not letting go
Day 15. “Momentum” by Vienna Teng
Why am I walking barefoot
Upon this road with no one around
I close my eyes to this decision
The night’s like coffee to my tongue
Like waking up without a sound
I map the words out
Maybe you will say them
